Michele Zagnoli

Michele Zagnoli is the vice president of technical delivery for gAIn360. In his current role, Michele is responsible for customer satisfaction and ensuring customers can successfully deploy and scale AI-powered wealth management solutions on Salesforce. Michele leads the people strategy and management of multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex digital transformation initiatives with consistency and quality. 

With more than 20 years of experience in enterprise consulting and systems integration, Michele has built and led high-performing delivery organizations supporting global clients across CRM, digital transformation, and enterprise integration. His expertise spans Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Pega, Appian, MuleSoft, and other leading enterprise platforms, giving him a deep understanding of how to integrate AI into complex business environments. 

Prior to leading technical delivery excellence at gAIn360, Michele directed Mashfrog Group’s Customer Digital Solutions business unit and CRM Practice, where he was responsible for delivery strategy, operational growth, resource planning, and customer success. Earlier leadership roles at Accenture, Capgemini and Fincons Group focused on expanding Salesforce practices and managing large-scale delivery organizations. 

At gAIn360, Michele works closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to ensure every implementation is secure, scalable, and designed to help wealth management firms accelerate adoption, improve advisor productivity, and deliver measurable business value.
