Diego is Head of Salesforce Technical Delivery at gAIn360, where he leads the technical delivery strategy and drives the successful delivery of Salesforce products and system integration solutions for enterprise clients. He is responsible for delivery quality, scalability, architectural consistency, and alignment between business objectives and technical execution.

With more than 15 years of experience in IT, CRM, and digital transformation, Diego has developed deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, progressing from software development to technical architecture and leadership roles. His experience spans solution architecture, enterprise integration, governance, performance, and large-scale Salesforce delivery.

In his current role, Diego works closely with Product Owners, delivery teams, architects, and technology partners to define robust and scalable solutions, while establishing technical standards and governance practices that support the long-term evolution of the platform.

Prior to his current role, he worked with leading consulting and systems integration organizations, supporting clients across industries including finance and utilities and contributing to complex CRM and digital transformation initiatives. Earlier technical leadership roles at Mashfrog Group, Engineering Group and Capgemini focused on leading Salesforce technical teams and managing large-scale delivery organizations.

Diego holds Salesforce Developer and Salesforce Platform Architect certifications. He earned his degree in Engineering from the University of Bergamo.
