Leonardo Castaldi

Leonardo Castaldi is an executive with over twenty years of international experience in enterprise software, digital transformation, and business innovation. After starting his career as an entrepreneur in the entertainment and restaurant sectors in Italy, he embarked on a global managerial path, specializing in ERP solutions and Infor technologies.

In 2002, he founded 4consulting, a Lawson/Infor partner, launching a successful entrepreneurial venture. He continued in international leadership roles, eventually leading the European practice of Tribex Consulting. He held strategic positions at companies such as CIBER and Avaap, establishing himself as a leader in ERP consulting and solution delivery in key sectors like manufacturing, fashion, and food.

In 2019, he joined Infor, where within a few years he led the Solution Architecture, Advisory & Assurance, and Applied Innovation practices for the Americas, contributing to the development and adoption of cloud technologies and the Infor OS platform among global clients and partners.

In 2022, he became CEO of Mashfrog Americas and later GM of the Global Infor Practice for the Mashfrog Group. There, he leads international activities in ERP, AI, and digital transformation, focusing on creating innovative and scalable business models.

Since July 2025, he has been US Market Leader and Executive Board Member of gAIn360, bringing an international vision, strong technological expertise, and the ability to lead high-performing teams to tackle the challenges of the U.S. market.
