Federico Gabrielli began his career at the European Commission, working on financial market analysis, transparency in procurement, and public policy design. He later joined Value Lab and Jakala, where he focused on business consulting for leading clients in the automotive, luxury, and retail sectors, driving CRM strategies, loyalty programs, sales network optimization, and go-to-market models.
He then advanced to Accenture as a Manager in the Salesforce Business Group, working across travel, automotive, and fashion industries, where he oversaw solution design, partnership management, and product innovation. In 2024, he became Product Owner at gAIn360, leading fintech product strategy, AI integration, and market adoption initiatives.
In addition to corporate leadership, Federico founded Cloud Miners to support SMEs in reimagining customer journeys, loyalty, and marketing automation with a data-driven approach. Since 2025, he has been serving as CRO at Mashfrog DWTC in Dubai, where he leads digital growth initiatives across the MENA region.
