Edoardo Narduzzi

Edoardo Narduzzi, born in Rome on August 26, 1964, is a successful entrepreneur and executive with a diverse career in finance and technology. From 1990 to 1994, he was head of research at the weekly magazine Milano Finanza and head of the Rome office for Italia Oggi. From 1995 to 1997, he led the technical secretariat at the Ministries of Finance and International Trade.

He gained significant experience in the IT sector as an executive at Telecom Italia Group, managing the web professional services area and coordinating the industrial reorganization of the IT sector. He worked for the brokerage house Greenwich NatWest and was a consultant for the American fund PIMCO in Italy. He has served as a board member for several listed companies, including Datamat, Mediocredito Centrale (MCC), Banksiel, Webegg, Netesi, NETikos Finland, and was a member of the ICE advisory committee.

Narduzzi co-founded Proxitalia S.p.a., the first Italian company specializing in the collection of shareholder proxies, later acquired by the Australian company Computershare. He also founded EvaBeta S.p.a., a leader in risk assessment technologies. From 2000 to 2005, he was CEO of the NETikos Group (Telecom Italia Group) and from 2005 to 2006, Sole Director of LAit, the ICT company of the Lazio Region.

Previously, he was President and partner of Techedge S.p.A., a leading Italian company in business process solutions. Currently, he is CEO and partner of Mashfrog S.p.A., specializing in mobile solutions, and contributes as an economic-financial columnist for prestigious publications such as Il Foglio, MF/MilanoFinanza, and ItaliaOggi.

In 2024, Edoardo Narduzzi founded gAIn360 and gAIn Alpha Equity Fund, based in Liechtenstein, further consolidating his commitment and interest in the world of finance. He currently serves as CEO of gAIn360.
